Number Birds: A Statistical Review of Week 5

It’s time to take a closer look at the most interesting numbers from the Philadelphia Eagles in their 19-17 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. In the latest installment of my weekly series, Number Birds, I’ll utilize statistics from several platforms — including SūmerSports, NFL Next Gen Stats and Pro Football Focus. Here’s the third edition of Number Birds, a statistical review of Week 5.

  • Hurts completed eight of 21 passes for 45 yards when pressured.

  • Hurts completed seven of 13 passes for 46 yards when blitzed.

  • The Eagles had 22 rushing yards in their loss vs the Jaguars, their fewest since Week 7, 2015.
