Eagles-Rams Injury Report: Who Is Out for Week 4?

The Philadelphia Eagles will return home to host the Los Angeles Rams for an NFC showdown in Week 4. Both teams are looking to bounce back following disheartening losses last week. Unfortunately, the game could be overshadowed by injuries as both teams have several key players banged up. Here’s the updated injury report for both the Eagles and the Rams ahead of Sunday’s matchup.

Eagles Injury Report

Wednesday, September 30, 2026

(* = Estimated injury report due to a walkthrough)

  • Eagles LB Zack Baun is easily the biggest surprise on Philadelphia’s first injury report of the week. Baun is in concussion protocol and it may be tough for him to clear it in time to play given that the Eagles just played on Monday night. If that’s the case, Jeremiah Trotter Jr. would likely start in Baun’s place.

  • Dallas Goedert, Hollywood Brown, Fred Johnson, DeVonta Smith and Will Shipley were all listed as DNP’s at times last week so no surprises there. Smith and Shipley should be fine, while the availability of the other three players is likely more in jeopardy for Week 4.

  • Eagles defensive starters LB Jihaad Campbell, IDL Jordan Davis and IDL Moro Ojomo are all new additions this week. Given the estimated injury report due to the team’s walkthrough, I wouldn’t be too concerned about their availability on Sunday.

  • It’s encouraging to see Eagles IDL Jalen Carter and EDGE Jonathan Greenard estimated as full participants given the injuries that they’re playing through early in the regular season. Both players are key members of Philadelphia’s defense that has struggled in the team’s first three games.

  • Eagles WR Darius Cooper confusingly only played five offensive snaps against the Chicago Bears in Week 3, which left many confused. While he was a full participant due to a knee injury on Wednesday, maybe that’s what limited his role on Monday night.

  • Eagles star WR DeVonta Smith didn’t participate in practice for the second consecutive day. Tim McManus of ESPN reported that Smith is not expected to be able to play in Week 4.

  • Eagles RB Will Shipley was upgraded to a DNP to a limited participant during Thursday’s practice.

  • Eagles S Marcus Epps was the only new addition to the injury report due to a groin injury. Epps was limited during Thursday’s practice and I wonder if this could be the soft launch to his benching.

  • Eagles LB Jihaad Campbell was upgraded from limited to a full participant during Thursday’s practice. That’s a great sign given that Zack Baun remains in concussion protocol.

Rams Injury Report

Wednesday, September 30, 2026

  • Rams TE duo of Terrance Ferguson and Colby Parkinson are both banged up and could miss Sunday’s game. Yet luckily for Los Angeles, the team’s roster is incredibly deep at the position with Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, Max Klare and Dan Villari still available.

  • The Rams signed CB Jaylen Watson to a three-year, $51 million deal in free agency. Yet Watson reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder against the Denver Broncos last week and is in jeopardy of missing Sunday’s game in Philadelphia. If that’s the case, the Eagles will likely see a familiar face in Emmanuel Forbes Jr.

  • Rams legend Aaron Donald returned to the team but is currently dealing with back soreness. Rams head coach Sean McVay told reporters that the team is “just taking it a day at a time.” Donald’s status remains uncertain for Week 4.

  • Rams WR Davante Adams received a veteran rest day on Wednesday, as he prepares for what could be a blockbuster matchup against Philadelphia’s secondary.

  • Rams WR Puka Nacua returned to practice as a limited participant on Wednesday. It’s a huge development as Nacua has missed the team’s last two games due to a hip and groin injury. McVay seemed optimistic that Nacua will return on Sunday.

  • Rams starting LB Nate Landman was limited on Wednesday as he continues to play through a shoulder injury. Despite the issue, Landman has played 172 snaps for the Rams’ defense in 2026.

  • Rams backup CB Josh Wallace has stepped up in each of the last two weeks and was the questionable target of an awful defensive pass interference call last week. Wallace was limited due to a shoulder injury on Wednesday and if he’s unable to play, it’ll be another blow to Los Angeles’ secondary.

  • Similar to Nacua, Rams S Kam Kinchens hasn’t played in each of the team’s last two games. Yet Kinchens was limited during Wednesday’s practice as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury. If he’s able to return, that would provide a major boost for the Rams’ defense.

Thursday, October 1, 2026

  • Rams star WR Puka Nacua was listed as a limited participant for the second consecutive day. Yet it is worth noting that Nacua told reporters that he was a full participant, according to Sarah Barshop of ESPN. He’s clearly trending in the right direction.

  • Rams veteran NT Poona Ford received a veteran rest day and did not participate during Thursday’s practice. He’ll be good to go for Week 4.

  • Rams WR Davante Adams returned to being a full participant during Thursday’s practice after receiving a veteran rest day on Wednesday.
