Eagles-Panthers Injury Report: Who Is Out for Week 6?

The Philadelphia Eagles will host the Carolina Panthers at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 6. While the Eagles have lost three consecutive games and are banged up, the Panthers are well rested and coming off an early bye week. Here’s the updated injury report for both the Eagles and the Panthers ahead of Sunday’s matchup.

Eagles Injury Report

Wednesday, October 14, 2026

  • The Eagles officially opened the 21-day practice window for four players on Wednesday: OL Landon Dickerson, TE Eli Stowers, TE Grant Calcaterra and CB Jakorian Bennett. Philadelphia could really use any help that they can get on offense right now. If Dickerson returns, it’ll be interesting to see if he’ll start immediately.

  • Eagles star RB Saquon Barkley and WR DeVonta Smith did not participate during Wednesday’s practice, despite many reports signaling towards their potential returns in Week 6. It’s worth noting that Smith is now dealing with a toe injury, in addition to the previously noted hamstring injury.

  • Eagles starting C Drew Kendall also missed Wednesday’s practice, as he continues to deal with a knee injury. If Kendall is unable to play in Week 6 but Dickerson returns, it’ll be interesting to see if Willie Lampkin or Jake Majors will get the start at center.

  • Jalyx Hunt, Michael Carter II and Will Shipley also missed Wednesday’s practice, as expected. All three players left last week’s game and did not return.

  • In some much-needed good news, the Eagles had three players that missed last week’s game return as limited participants during Wednesday’s practice: EDGE Jonathan Greenard, S Marcus Epps and WR Marquise Brown. If Greenard is able to return, it’ll provide a much-needed boost with Hunt likely unavailable for Week 6.

  • Eagles QB Jalen Hurts remains on the injury report with a calf injury, although similar to last week, Hurts was still a full participant in practice.

Panthers Injury Report

Wednesday, October 14, 2026

  • Panthers rookie starting RT Monroe Freeling suffered a knee injury during Carolina’s last game in Week 4 prior to the bye week. If Freeling is unable to play, the Panthers could be getting back reinforcements at the perfect time.

  • The Panthers officially opened the 21-day practice window for three players: OT Taylor Moton, RB Trevor Etienne and IDL Tershawn Wharton. All three players were full participants during Wednesday’s practice and Moton was the team’s starting right tackle last season.

  • You’ll also notice two former Eagles legends on Carolina’s injury report in RB A.J. Dillon and EDGE Jaelan Phillips. Dillon missed Wednesday’s practice due to an ankle injury and hopefully he won’t bring the positivity bunny back to Philadelphia. Phillips was limited due to a hamstring injury on Wednesday but will likely try to get revenge against the Eagles after they let him walk and traded for (and paid) Greenard.

  • Panthers starting WR Jalen Coker also returned as a full participant during Wednesday’s practice after missing Carolina’s last game before the bye week. Coker got off to a scorching hot start to the regular season before suffering a quadriceps injury in Week 3.
