Eagles-Jaguars Injury Report: Who Is Out for Week 5?
The Philadelphia Eagles will travel across the pond to “visit” the Jacksonville Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Sunday. While the Jaguars are riding high on a two game winning streak, the Eagles have lost back-to-back games and are overwhelmed with injuries. Here’s the updated injury report for both the Eagles and the Jaguars ahead of Sunday’s matchup.
Eagles Injury Report
Wednesday, October 7, 2026
Eagles star RB Saquon Barkley left last week’s game early due to a hamstring injury. Barkley is reportedly week-to-week and it’s not a surprise to see him miss Wednesday’s practice.
Eagles EDGE Jonathan Greenard also left last week’s game early due to an ankle injury. He just returned from a pectoral injury in Week 3 and is now dealing with a different injury. It’s been a tough start to Greenard’s tenure in Philadelphia.
Eagles OL Drew Kendall is the biggest surprise on Philadelphia’s first injury report of Week 5. After trading away Cam Jurgens, the Eagles appear to be embracing Kendall as a full-time starter. Yet if he’s dealing with a knee injury, that will certainly mess up their plans.
Eagles LB Jihaad Campbell popped up on the team’s injury report with a knee injury late last week but was limited and still played. Now it’s interesting to see Campbell missing practice due to a knee injury. If he’s unable to play, Jeremiah Trotter Jr. would start in his place.
Eagles WR Hollywood Brown, WR DeVonta Smith and S Marcus Epps all missed Wednesday’s practice after missing last week’s game. It’s worth noting that Smith was spotted warming up by reporters in attendance but didn’t practice.
After missing last week’s game due to a concussion, Eagles LB Zack Baun returned to practice as a limited participant on Wednesday. This is especially notable with Campbell still dealing with a knee injury.
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert and OL Fred Johnson returned to practice as limited participants after missing multiple games. Goedert would provide a huge boost to Philadelphia’s pass catcher group and Johnson adds depth following Lane Johnson’s retirement and Markel Bell’s promotion.
Eagles All-Pro CB Quinyon Mitchell left last week’s game early due to a knee injury. Luckily for Philadelphia, Mitchell was limited on Wednesday and it seems like he should be good to go on Sunday.
Jaguars Injury Report
Wednesday, October 7, 2026
Jaguars starting S Eric Murray exited last week’s game after colliding with a teammate and is now in the NFL’s concussion protocol. If Murray is unable to play on Sunday, it would be a hit to Jacksonville’s stellar defense.
Jaguars CB Montaric Brown returned to practice as a limited participant on Wednesday. Brown missed last week’s game due to a hamstring injury. If Murray is out on Sunday, Brown’s return will provide Jacksonville’s defense with a boost.
The Jaguars listed several other starters on the injury report following Wednesday’s practice, including star DE Josh Hines-Allen, although it doesn’t seem like any of those players are in danger of missing Sunday’s game in London.
