Eagles 2026 7-Round NFL Mock Draft 1.0: Philadelphia Finds Dallas Goedert’s Replacement

Following a disappointing season, Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman will have to make several difficult decisions this offseason. The Eagles are expected to have several starters hit free agency and there’s a chance that starting right tackle Lane Johnson could decide to retire after an injury riddled season.

While Roseman has had a ton of success in the NFL Draft in recent years, he needs to capitalize on Philadelphia’s draft picks in 2026. Roseman acknowledged that the Eagles will have to start paying their young defensive players, which means that Philadelphia could focus on addressing the offense early in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Here is the first version of my 2026 seven-round NFL mock draft for the Eagles!

Round 1, Pick 23: Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

Despite hauling in a career-high 11 receiving touchdowns in 2025, Dallas Goedert is slated to hit free agency this offseason. The Eagles haven’t invested in a proper replacement at TE1 and Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq would surely fill that void. Sadiq is regarded as the top tight end in the 2026 NFL Draft and would be a home run pick for the Eagles. While he doesn’t have the size or is the blocker that Goedert once was, Sadiq would be a long-term answer at the position in Philadelphia.

Round 2, Pick 54: Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo

The Eagles could revisit Toledo’s secondary in 2026 after selecting former Rocket cornerback Quinyon Mitchell two years ago. Mitchell played for two seasons with Toledo safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, who is on the rise in this year’s draft class. While McNeil-Warren could potentially be a first-round pick when it’s all said and done, it would make a ton of sense for the Eagles to add him as Reed Blankenship’s replacement.

Round 3, Pick 68: Blake Miller, OL, Clemson

Eagles starting right tackle Lane Johnson is turning 36-years old in May and only played in 10 games last season. While Roseman threw a few darts along the offensive line on day three of the 2025 NFL Draft, Clemson offensive tackle Blake Miller could be the long-term answer at right tackle. He was a four-year starter on the right side in college and the Eagles have already met with Clemson left tackle Tristan Leigh at The American Bowl, per source.

Round 3, Pick 98: Malik Muhammad, CB, Texas

After double-dipping in Toledo’s secondary, the Eagles could opt to do the same with Texas. Philadelphia selected former Longhorns safety Andrew Mukuba on day two of the 2025 NFL Draft and they could have interest in his former teammate, Texas cornerback Malik Muhammad. While veteran cornerback Adoree’ Jackson filled in admirably opposite of Mitchell last season, Muhammad would give the Eagles a long-term answer on the outside that already has experience working with Mukuba.

Round 4, Pick 122: Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia State

The Eagles could lose two of their top three wide receivers this offseason with A.J. Brown’s future uncertain and Jahan Dotson slated to become a free agent. Therefore, Philadelphia should add a wide receiver at some point in the 2026 NFL Draft. The Eagles showed a ton of interest in Georgia State offensive lineman Travis Glover ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft and they could have that same level of interest in Ted Hurst. Despite going to a “small school,” Hurst possesses a mix of size, speed and route-running ability that could help him skyrocket up draft boards.

Round 4, Pick 136: Jaeden Roberts, OL, Alabama

Philadelphia’s offensive line is in desperate need of capable depth after a disappointing performance in 2025. Both Landon Dickerson and Tyler Steen struggled at times and it would make sense for the Eagles to add a promising guard. Jaeden Roberts played over 1,400 snaps at right guard at Alabama and would immediately push Steen in a competition for the starting job in Philadelphia.

Round 5, Pick 151: Nadame Tucker, EDGE, Western Michigan

The Eagles only have Jalyx Hunt, Nolan Smith and Jose Ramirez under contract at edge rusher for next season. While Philadelphia will address the position in free agency, they should add another player in the 2026 NFL Draft. After hardly playing in three seasons at Houston, Nadame Tucker transferred to Western Michigan and was named Third-Team All-American after recording 14.5 sacks in 2025. Tucker’s age (25) and the fact that he only had one season of legitimate production could knock him down draft boards, yet the Eagles should take a chance on the New Jersey native on day three.

Round 5, Pick 179: Taylen Green, QB, Arkansas

The Eagles don’t have much to work with behind Jalen Hurts at quarterback long-term. Tanner McKee only has one year remaining on his rookie contract, Sam Howell will be a free agent this offseason and the Kyle McCord selection didn’t work as planned. Therefore, the Eagles should take a chance on a developmental quarterback on day three of the 2026 NFL Draft. At 6’6” and 224 lbs., Taylen Green looks like he was created in a lab. While he’s inconsistent, Green’s combination of size, athleticism and arm talent is worth trying to develop in Philadelphia.
